Okay, first off I have to say that I am fat! And I am losing weight once and for all this year! Fit and healthy, here I come! This machine is amazing. I was concerned it might be cheesy for the price but I can’t get over how sturdy and substantial it is. It is so easy to do all the exercises (even when you are fat and out of shape!). Most of all, it is fun! The first night I used it, it seemed too easy. The next day I felt the effects. My muscles were good sore. I have lost two inches from my waist in 3 weeks!
